SHIPPING POLICY

At ViralGearHub, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and transparent delivery. All orders are processed and fulfilled through our trusted global logistics partners to ensure a smooth and secure experience.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • All orders are processed and packed within 1 - 3 business days.

  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may require up to 4 business days.

  • You will receive an automated confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

2. SHIPPING ZONES & RATES

We currently ship to select countries within the European Union. Below are the available shipping methods and costs:

🇪🇺 European Union (Shipping to 17  EU countries)

  • Standard Delivery (7–18 days): €7.99

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders over €50.00.

  • No Surprise Fees: All orders to the EU are shipped via IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop). This means VAT is handled by us, and you will not be charged extra customs fees upon delivery. 

    ORDERS EXCEEDING €150 (NON-IOSS) For orders with a total value exceeding €150.00, the IOSS (pre-paid VAT) system does not apply due to EU regulations. In such cases, Import VAT and Customs Duties are the sole responsibility of the customer and will be charged by the local customs office upon arrival.

    ⚠️ IMPORTANT: If a customer refuses to pay the applicable customs fees/taxes and the package is returned, abandoned, or destroyed, ViralGearHub will NOT issue a refund for the order or the shipping costs. By placing an order over €150, you explicitly acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any import duties.

3. TRACKING INFORMATION

  • All orders include end-to-end tracking.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

  • Note: Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the system after the shipping confirmation email is sent.

4. DELIVERY GUARANTEE

We insure all our shipments.

  • If an order is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or does not arrive within the maximum estimated delivery window, we will issue a free replacement or a full refund after reviewing the case. Your purchase is always protected.

5. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure that all shipping information entered at checkout is complete and correct.

  • ViralGearHub is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses (e.g., missing apartment numbers).

  • Orders returned to us due to address errors may be subject to a reshipment fee.

6. HOLIDAY SEASON NOTICE

During high-volume periods (especially November & December), carrier networks may experience minor delays. For time-sensitive orders during the holidays, we strongly recommend placing your order in advance to ensure on-time delivery.
