SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We currently ship to all European Union countries.
(Includes: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria France, German, Greece, Estonia, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland).
We keep our shipping simple and affordable:
- Orders over €50.00: You get FREE Shipping.
- Orders under €50.00: There is a flat shipping fee of €3.00.
We ship using the IOSS System. This means for orders under €150.00, VAT is pre-paid by us. You will NOT be charged any extra customs fees or taxes upon delivery. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
Since we ship from international warehouses to offer you the best prices, delivery typically takes:
- Average Delivery Time: 8–18 days.
- Processing Time: Please allow 1 day for us to pick and pack your order before it ships.
Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your Tracking Number. You can use this number to track your package's journey to your doorstep.
ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned with all packaging.
We process orders very quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel or change your address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
- If the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes.
Please check your Spam or Junk folder. If you still cannot find it, you may have entered your email address with a typo. Contact us at support@viralgearhub.store, and we will fix it for you.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
e want you to be happy with your purchase! We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
- Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

If your product arrives broken, please email us a photo or video at support@viralgearhub.store immediately. We will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund—no need to return the broken item.
